NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council which will take place at Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall at 7.15pm on Tuesday 5th September 2023 at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
The time between 7.15pm and 7.30pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public attend or wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.20pm. Your attendance is also required during this period.

080-23/24 The next meeting will be on the 3rd October 2023 at 7:15pm in Tattershall village hall. Staffing committee date 10th October and finance and general purpose 21st November to be confirmed.

082- 23/24 To resolve to move into closed session - under section 100(a)(4) of the LGA 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items in the grounds that, if they were present there could be disclosed to them exempt information as defined in para3part1 of sch 12a to the act as amended.
