NOTICE OF Parish Council Meeting
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council, to be held on Tuesday 7th December 2021 at 7.15pm in Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall and for the purpose of transacting the following business.

AGENDA for the Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council
1 Welcome & Chairman’s Report
2 Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
3 To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4 To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, 2nd November 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.
5 Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.
6 To co-opt to fill a Vacancy for two parish councillors (1 x Tattershall & 1 x Tattershall Thorpe)
7 Clerks report on correspondence and matters outstanding:
a) To consider any action to stop people parking on the grass outside 14 Market Place.
b) Damaged Notice Board – work has been completed by T Gibbons
c) Market Place Improvements update – see attached schedule & quotes
d) Complaint about untidy land at 29 Lodge Road – ELDC have written to owner and occupier.
e) Clerk’s working days over Christmas / New Year – closed from Monday 20th December until Monday 3rd January 2022.
f) Clerk’s parish visits – January 18th, February 15th & March 15th 2022.
8. Grass Cutting Contract
a. To consider whether or not to continue with current contractor for the balance of the contract period (2022 & 2023)
b. To go out to tender for the extra grass cutting in Tattershall Thorpe
9. Welcome Back Fund (ELDC) – update on project for Gateways and Planters
a. To approve locations for two planters
b. Amended Tattershall Village Name plate (Sleaford Road) £281
10. Proposal to Plant a tree for the Jubilee (in the Market Place) – update
11. To consider suggestion for information plaques for Market Place Trees to provide details of when trees were planted and which event it commemorated.
12. To consider if there are any benches that require replacement
13. Community Speed Watch Scheme
a. To receive a report from CSW teams in Tattershall & Tattershall Thorpe
b. TRO request - update
14. Planning Matters:
a. To approve Planning Committee Terms of Reference (as circulated)
15. Financial Matters: to note income and expenditure since the last meeting
a. Approve Payment of Accounts – see attached sheet with further details and bank reconciliation.
