AGENDA for the Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council
1 Welcome & Chairman’s Report
2 Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
3 To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4 To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, on 5th October 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.
5 Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.
6 To co-opt to fill a Vacancy for two parish councillors (1 x Tattershall & 1 x Tattershall Thorpe)
7 Clerks report on correspondence and matters outstanding:
a) Damaged Notice Board – work has been completed by T Gibbons
b) Market Place Improvements update – Lighting, quotes have been requested
c) Freedom of Information request – appeal letter submitted
d) Complaint about untidy land at 29 Lodge Road – enforcement investigating
e) Dates for meetings in 2022 (as per attached list)
f) Lincolnshire Local Listing (as per copy email enclosed)
g) To agree a date and time to clear up the leaves in the Market Place before Remembrance
8. Welcome Back Fund (ELDC) – update on project for Gateways and Planters
9. Proposal to Plant a tree for the Jubilee (in the Market Place) – update
10. Community Speed Watch Scheme
a. To receive a report from CSW teams in Tattershall & Tattershall Thorpe
b. TRO request - update
11. Complaints Procedure, copy of updated document as circulated.
