AGENDA for the Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council
1 Welcome & Chairman’s Report
2 Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
3 To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4 To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, on 1st June 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.
5 Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.
6 To co-opt to fill a Vacancy for a parish councillor (1)
7 Clerks report on correspondence and matters outstanding:
a) Market Place Improvements update – Bollards and Lighting.
b) Proposal to contribute to Hedge cutting costs in closed Church Yard
c) Report from Love Tattershall event 4th July
8. Website – proposal to set up agreement via LALC for ongoing management of the parish website and regular addition of documents (September 2021 onwards)
9. Welcome Back Fund (ELDC) – proposal to install village gateways with planters, repairing/replacing Tattershall Sign (Lodge Road), repainting/cleaning Lamp Posts in Market Place and installation of two tiered self watering planters in Market Place.
10. Best Kept Gardens 2021
a. To receive first round results from councillors
11. Proposal to Plant a tree for the Jubilee – The Queens’ Green Canopy 2022
