1 Welcome & Chairman’s Report
2 Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
3 To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4 To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, on 6th July 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.
5 Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.
6 Proposal for a Community Heritage event on Sunday 31st October
7 To co-opt to fill a Vacancy for a parish councillor (1)

c) Proposal to contribute to Hedge cutting costs in closed Church Yard
d) Proposal to purchase new batteries for Market Place Christmas Tree Lights (48 x “C” batteries) approx. £60

f) To set a meeting date for the Finance & General Purposes committee meeting
