AGENDA for the remote Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council

1   Welcome & Chairman’s Report 

2   Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.

3   To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

4   To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, on 2nd March 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.

5   Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.

6   To co-opt to fill a Vacancy for a parish councillor (1)

8   Clerks report on correspondence and matters outstanding:

a)   Market Place Improvements update – Bollards and Lighting.

b)   To consider making a donation for website training and free work on website

c)   Tattershall Village Hall Committee – parish council representative

d)   To approve costs for installing base for planter, soil and plants approx. £190

e)   Tattershall Castle opportunities

8.   Coningsby & Tattershall Wombles 

a.   Report on volunteer activity and funding for equipment

b.   Grit bin at Tattershall Primary – proposal to put a lock to prevent it being used for rubbish

9.   Love Tattershall – proposed Love Tattershall Passport

10.   Emergency Plan

a.   To provide brief update and

b.   Proposal to replace sand bags which have deteriorated

11.   To consider proposals for a new Household Waste Recycling Centre in Tattershall.

12.   Community Speed Watch Scheme

a.   To receive a report from CSW teams in Tattershall & Tattershall Thorpe – there has been no activity since the last meeting

b.   To receive a Police Panel report – there have been no meetings.

c.   Lodge Road – request for Archers Survey and also new 30mph speed limit signs

13.   Clinton Park Link

a.   TA to provide an update and report on this project since the last meeting.
