1 Welcome & Chairman’s Report
2 Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
3 To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4 To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, on 6th April 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.
5 Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.
6 To co-opt to fill a Vacancy for a parish councillor (1)
7 Clerks report on correspondence and matters outstanding:
a) Market Place Improvements update – Bollards and Lighting.
b) To consider renewal of CPRE membership £36
c) To approve renewal of Zoom Subscription £119.90
d) To consider donation to Lincolnshire Lowland Search & rescue
e) To consider resumption of face to face meetings (see attached)
f) To approve payment for Clerks Home working allowance and contribution towards SLCC membership
8. Parish Council Insurance (due for renewal 1/6/21) – please refer to comparison document circulated.
9. Community Speed Watch Scheme
a. To receive a report from CSW teams in Tattershall & Tattershall Thorpe – there has been no activity since the last meeting
b. To receive a Police Panel report – there have been no meetings.
10. Clinton Park Link
a. TA to provide an update and report on this project since the last meeting.
b. To make a decision on an appropriate way forward for this project.
