NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday 7th April 2026 at 7.45pm
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council which will take place at Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall at 7.45pm on Tuesday 7th April (after the annual parish meeting) at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
The time between 7.45pm and 8.00pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public attend or wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.45pm. Your attendance is also required during this period.

001-26/27 Welcome and Chair’s report
002-26/27 Apologies for Absence in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
003-26/27 To receive any declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations for items on the agenda not previously recorded on member’s register of interests
004-26/27 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 03rd March 2026 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.

011-26/27 The next meeting will be on the 21st April 2026 at 7:00pm in Tattershall Thorpe at Thorpe camp which will be the annual parish meeting for Tattershall Thorpe. The annual parish council meeting will be on the 5th May in Tattershall village hall at 7:15pm.
