Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at 7.15pm
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council which will take place at Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall at 7.15pm on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
The time between 7.15pm and 7.30pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public attend or wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.20pm. Your attendance is also required during this period
AGENDA
145-25/26 Welcome and Chair’s report
146-25/26 Apologies for Absence in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
147-25/26 To receive any declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations for items on the agenda not previously recorded on member’s register of interests
148-25/26 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 3rd February 2026 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
149-25/26 To receive reports from County and District Councillors
150-25/26 The co-option of any potential candidates present
151-25/26 Community resilience plan
152-25/26 Planning matters
153-25/26 Financial matters:
1. To ratify the payments for February 2026 (see schedule) with current bank balances
2. To appoint a new internal auditor – Clarks financial services
154-25/26 To agree the grass cutting agreement with LCC and additional areas added
155-25/26 Clerks report – including correspondence and matters outstanding
a) Parking sign – for Market place (village green) now installed
b) Badger sets – Churchyard
c) Local resident concern for green area outside the Forge Tattershall Thorpe
156-25/26 The next meeting will be the 7th April 2026 which will be the annual parish meeting at 7:15pm in Tattershall village hall, followed by the normal council meeting at 7:45pm.
157-25/26 Any items for inclusion on the next agenda
