NOTICE OF PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday 2nd July at 7.15pm
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council which will take place at Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall at 7.15pm on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
The time between 7.15pm and 7.30pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public attend or wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.20pm. Your attendance is also required during this period.

044-24/25 Welcome and Chair’s report
045-24/25 Apologies for Absence in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
046-24/25 To receive any declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations for items on the agenda not previously recorded on member’s register of interests
047-24/25 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 04th June 2024 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
