NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday 7th May at 7.15pm
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Council Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council which will take place at Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall at 7.15pm on Tuesday 7th May 2024 at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
The time between 7.15pm and 7.30pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public attend or wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.20pm. Your attendance is also required during this period.

017-24/25 Apologies for Absence in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
018-24/25 To receive any declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations for items on the agenda not previously recorded on member’s register of interests
019-24/25 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 2nd April 2024 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
020-24/25 To receive reports from County and District Councillors
021-24/25 The co-option of any potential candidates present
022-24/25 Annual Audit documentation
a) To consider and approve the annual governance statement
b) To consider and approve the accounting statements
023-24/25 Planning matters – none at the time of making the agenda

025-24/25 Financial matters:
1. To ratify the payments for May 2024 (see schedule)
026-24/25 Clerks report – including correspondence and matters outstanding
a) To agree a date for the erection of the village flags/decorations for D-DAY
027-24/25 The next meeting will be the annual parish meeting for Thorpe held at Thorpe camp at 7pm. The next normal council meeting is on the 4th June 2024 at 7:15pm in Tattershall village hall
