Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at 7.15pm
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council which will take place at Tattershall Village Hall, Lodge Road, Tattershall at 7.15pm on Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
The time between 7.15pm and 7.30pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public attend or wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.20pm. Your attendance is also required during this period
AGENDA
118-25/26 Welcome and Chair’s report
119-25/26 Apologies for Absence in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
120-25/26 To receive any declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations for items on the agenda not previously recorded on member’s register of interests
121-25/26 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 4th November and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
122-25/26 To approve as a correct record the notes of the HR and Finance committee meeting held on the 18th November 2025 and to authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
123-25/26 To receive reports from County and District Councillors
124-25/26 The co-option of any potential candidates present
125-25/26 Planning matters
126-25/26 To adopt the terms of reference for an events committee and appoint council members
127-25/26 Financial matters:
1. To ratify the payments for November 2025 (see schedule) with current bank balances
2. To approve the councils financial regulations – no changes made agreed via HR and finance committee
3. To approve councils asset register
4. To consider Budget Proposals for the 2026/2027 Financial Year
5. To approve the Budget and Precept for 2026/2027
