Folklore and Tradition at Tattershall
Halloween is the time of trick or treat and jack o’lanterns, but do you know where these traditions come from?
Join the Heritage Lincolnshire Community Heritage Team on Halloween (Sunday the 31st of October 1pm to 7pm) to explore old traditions and superstitions of Lincolnshire. A travelling exhibition will be set up in Tattershall Market place and activities will take place throughout the afternoon. Listen to a story teller, make a traditional talisman or take away a recipe for soul cakes. Make this year’s Halloween traditional and memorable.
