Community led housing

Providing housing for the benefit of the community of Tattershall

Building has started on properties in Tattershall as part of our Community Led Housing Scheme, providing housing for the benefit of the local community.

We're working in partnership with Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council and Platform Housing Group to develop six affordable homes.

The properties will be affordable rent in the form of two 1-bedroomed, two 2-bedroomed and two 3-bedroomed terraced houses.

It is hoped the properties will be completed in December 2021 and on allocation, priority will be given to applicants with a local connection to Tattershall.

Cllr Mrs Caroline Dawson, Chairman of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council, said: "We welcome the new development and the six affordable homes it brings will be of benefit to local families."

Cllr Graham Marsh, Portfolio Holder for Partnerships at East Lindsey District Council, said: “This is another example of East Lindsey District Council working with partners to deliver much needed quality affordable homes within our district. I look forward to seeing families take up occupation when completed and to see further similar developments come forward.”

If you're interested in one of these properties, please complete a housing register application and then the property will need to be bid for once it is advertised through the housing register https://e-lindsey.housingjigsaw.co.uk/
