P02-25/26 To resolve to move into closed session - under section 100(a)(4) of the LGA 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items in the grounds that, if they were present there could be disclosed to them exempt information as defined in para3part1 of sch 12a to the act as amended.
