You are hereby summoned to attend an online meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council, to be held on Tuesday 1st December 2020 at 7.15pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.
There will be a 15 minute public forum prior to the first item on the agenda, when members of the public may raise any matters of interest in the parish, and may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

AGENDA for the remote Meeting of Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council
1. Welcome & Chairman’s Report
2. Apologies for Absence: to receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To approve as a correct record the notes of the last meeting, on 3rd November 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign as the official minutes.
5. Reports from District and County Councillors, Police and any other outside agencies.
6. To co-opt to fill Vacancies for parish councillors (2)
7. Clerks report on correspondence and matters outstanding:
a. Matters approved at F & GP meeting
i. New bench for Sleaford Road, near Castle
ii. New Flag for Tattershall Thorpe
iii. Verge siding up Sleaford Road and Market Place
iv. Painting of Thorpe village sign
8. Grass cutting Tenders for 2021 to 2023 – to open and resolve to appoint a contractor for this period.
9. To consider purchase of planter(s) for Market Place
10. To resolve meeting dates for 2021 (see attached list) and also possible resumption of face to face parish council meetings in 2021
11. To consider hiring a Handyman for some tasks around the parishes
12. To resolve to purchase more Large Event Poppies for 2021 (DE)
13. Community Speed Watch Scheme
a. To receive a report from CSW teams in Tattershall & Tattershall Thorpe
b. To receive a Police Panel report
14. Clinton Park Link
a. TA to provide an update and report on this project since the last meeting.
b. To make a decision on an appropriate way forward for this project.
15. Planning Matters:
a. FPP Given S/175/01709/20 – 12B High Street, Tattershall
b. FPP Given S/175/01718/20 – Tattershall Lakes Country Park
16. Financial Matters: to note income and expenditure since the last meeting
a. To note District Councillors grants received from SA, MF & AH (£1000 & £900)
b. Approve Payment of Accounts – see attached sheet with further details and bank reconciliation.

a. To resolve for F & GP committee to deal with any urgent matters (as there is no parish council meeting held in January)
